Packaged Air Knife Systems

Air knife systems should not be limited by any one of the components that make up the complete system. As example: selecting a blower that is not a good match to the volume and pressure required or the operating environment conditions causes poor performance and premature failure. Inadequate filtration, exposure to harsh chemicals, high temperatures, or limited maintenance schedules all need to be considered when selecting blower and other components.

The same applies to other considerations for example: noise limit requirements, or portability. We are unique in the industry in that we can supply a single air knife in a standard or custom design or we can provide a complete central system for multiple work stations including air knife(s), blower(s), filters, adjustable mounts, and motor starters. We can even add to this with PLC controls, monitoring gauges, heat, anti-static, and articulated systems.

These extruded aluminum air knives are based on the modified teardrop cross section used in our premium Turbotech air knives. They offer reduced cost where aluminum is an acceptable material.
